The Wolfpack After the Bell program for this afternoon (12/11) has been cancelled.

Ridgeview Lady Wolfpack Claim VHSL 2A State Volleyball Championship!
Dickenson County Schools will be closed today, Friday, November 22, 2024, due to snow and icy roads. No remote learning is scheduled today.

For any RHS students who would like to attend the State Championship Volleyball game in Salem on Saturday, November 23, pep bus permission forms were sent to student emails. Signed copies need to be turned in to Mrs. Hall in room 310 or may be sent by email to jhall@dcps.k12.va.us. Seating on the bus is limited to the first 40 students who return their permission slips to Mrs. Hall. Students will receive a confirmation that they are on the list to ride the bus and to purchase a ticket via their student email accounts. Students are responsible for purchasing their tickets and meals.
Ridgeview Lady Wolfpack Defeat James River to Advance to VHSL 2A State Championship. In a thrilling VHSL Class 2A volleyball semifinal Wednesday night, the Ridgeview Lady Wolfpack overcame James River in four sets (3-1).The victory secured Ridgeview’s spot in the state championship game this Saturday in Salem. Dominating at the net and delivering clutch plays down the stretch, the Lady Wolfpack displayed resilience and teamwork to outlast a tough James River squad. They now aim to bring home the program’s first state title. Stay tuned for Saturday’s showdown in Salem as Ridgeview takes the court in pursuit of championship glory!
As we gear up for possible wintry weather later this week, any RHS student who needs a Chromebook or electronic device to complete assignments for virtual instruction can see Deana Lucas in her office in the middle school library. Chromebooks or other electronic devices can only be loaned to students who have completed the appropriate paperwork, authorized with a parent or guardian's signature, now available in the second-floor office. Please see Missy O'Quinn, RHS secretary, to receive paperwork to borrow a device.
The Ridgeview Lady Wolfpack volleyball team is set to take on the James River Knights in a high-stakes matchup during the VHSL Class 2A State Semifinals. The game will take place on Wednesday, November 20th, at 6 PM in Ridgeview's home gym.
Fans are encouraged to come out and support the Lady Wolfpack as they aim to secure their spot in the state championship game. This exciting semifinal clash promises intense competition as both teams battle for the chance to advance to the title match. Don't miss the action!
Ridgeview Lady Wolfpack to Host Radford in VHSL 2A Volleyball State Quarterfinals on Saturday November 16th beginning at 6pm in the Ridgeview High School Gymnasium.
Dickenson County Public Schools will be closed on Monday, November 4th and and Tuesday, November 5th for Election Day.
Schools will reopen on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
